Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it has been designed keeping customer convenience and clarity in mind.
Domestic Orders (Within India)
7-Day Return Policy
We proudly offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for customers within India. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition in which you received it.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must remain intact.
Custom or personalized items, sale items, and promotional merchandise are not eligible for returns unless received damaged or defective.
Return Procedure:
Initiate your return request by contacting our customer service team at support@shwetartistry.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your location at a convenient time.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
International Orders (Outside India)
No Refund Policy
Due to logistical constraints and customs procedures, we regret to inform our international customers that we cannot offer refunds or returns for international orders, except under specific conditions mentioned below.
Exceptions:
Items delivered in damaged or defective condition.
Incorrect item delivered.
Procedure for Damaged or Incorrect International Orders:
Immediately report the issue by emailing support@shwetartistry.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order ID.
After review and approval, we will either replace your item or issue a refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.
In cases of approved refunds, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
All shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes on international orders are non-refundable.
SHWET Artistry reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet the above-stated conditions.
