Our studio and operations are headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — the city renowned for its Chikankari craftsmanship.

3. Where can I buy Shwet Artistry products in India?
You can shop our collections online at www.shwetartistry.com. We also take part in exhibitions and pop-ups across cities — follow us on Instagram for updates.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, you can email us at support@shwetartistry.com and we’ll assist you.

5. Do you offer gift vouchers or e-gift cards?
Gift vouchers will be available soon. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

1. Where are your products made?
All our products are handcrafted by local artisans in and around Lucknow using traditional Chikankari techniques.

2. Are all Shwet Artistry products handmade?
Yes, every product is hand-embroidered, ensuring uniqueness, craftsmanship, and authenticity.

3. What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use high-quality fabrics like pure cotton, mulmul, chiffon, georgette, and modal to ensure comfort and elegance.

4. Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?
Currently, we offer standard sizes. However, we’re working on launching a custom fit service soon.

5. Are your products sustainable or ethically made?
Absolutely. We follow ethical practices and work closely with artisans, ensuring fair wages and sustainable production.


Shopping

1. How do I shop online?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Need help? Reach us via WhatsApp or email.

2. How will I know if you’ve received my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. How do I check my order status?
You can track your order via the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes, our website uses secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to protect your information.

5. What if an item is out of stock?
You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or message us for restocking timelines.


Shipping

1. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free within India for prepaid orders above ₹999. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days. International orders may take 10–15 business days.

3. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available at an additional charge. Contact us before placing your order.

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us immediately to request changes.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos at support@shwetartistry.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Billing & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery) within India.

2. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes in India. A small COD charge may apply.

3. When will I be charged for my order?
For prepaid orders, the charge is applied immediately upon checkout. COD orders are charged upon delivery.

4. Do you offer EMI options?
We’re working on integrating EMI payment options soon.


Customer Support

1. How can I contact your customer service?

2. What are your customer service hours?
We respond to queries Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

3. Will my personal information be shared?
Never. We respect your privacy and never share your data with third parties.


Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items. Custom or sale items are not eligible for return.

2. How do I request a return or exchange?
Please email us at support@shwetartistry.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Gift Services

1. Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Yes! Just select the gift wrap option at checkout or mention it in the order notes.

2. Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. You can leave your gift message at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten note with your package.
